11 cold emails I never asked for, sent under the Tool Advisor name.
Did you get spam from Tool Advisor too?Tell me about it: reportedandignored at gmail dot com. Dates and sender addresses help the most. I won't publish anything about you.
11unsolicited emails

6Salesforce accounts used
10 of 11with no way to opt out at all
What happened
These pitch recorded software demos under the Tool Advisor name, from tool-advisor domains and from Outlook.com addresses with "tooladvisor" in them. Most just ask you to reply "Yes."
Between 2026-02-10 and 2026-09-06 I got 11 of them. I've never done business with them, never signed up for anything, and never asked to hear from them.
How it gets sent
11 went out through Salesforce, using 6 Salesforce customer accounts.
10 of the 11 had no way to opt out at all, by my check of every message. No unsubscribe link, no "reply STOP," nothing. The federal CAN-SPAM Act requires a working opt-out in commercial email.
Tool Advisor isn't a company I could find. There's a real software-review site at tooladvisor.io, and I have no evidence it has anything to do with this.
The company
A later wave signed "SmartFind HR" from tool-find.cloud.
The Microsoft 365 account behind that later wave sends its mail reports to njitsolutions.com.pk, the domain of NJ IT Solutions in Pakistan. They may be the sender or only its IT provider.
How it's set up
First wave, January to May 2026: throwaway .services, .live and .online domains sending through Salesforce, then personal Outlook.com addresses pushed through Salesforce.
Second wave, July and August 2026: new tool-find and tooladvisor domains on Microsoft 365.
Same numbered-reply trick every time: "Reply 1 for Trial" or just "Reply Yes."

This one matches the same pitch or setup, but doesn't use the Tool Advisor name, and nothing in it ties it to the same sender. I can't prove who sent it, so it is listed separately and not counted above.
