What happened

These are cold emails from addresses with "softaims" in the domain. The domains change constantly: thesoftaimshub.live, softaimswebteam.live, softaimsmatrix.store, softaimstechexperts.shop and on and on.

Between 2026-01-28 and 2026-09-08 I got 28 of them. I've never done business with them, never signed up for anything, and never asked to hear from them.

How it gets sent

22 went out through Salesforce, using 8 Salesforce customer accounts. 4 came through Amazon SES, Amazon's own email service. 2 came through other email providers.

14 of the 28 had no way to opt out at all, by my check of every message. No unsubscribe link, no "reply STOP," nothing. The federal CAN-SPAM Act requires a working opt-out in commercial email.

I reported the Salesforce ones to Salesforce as they came in, and Salesforce sent case numbers. Here's how that's gone, and what Amazon's part is.

What I found out about them

Softaims presents itself as a software development and staff augmentation company. The emails were signed Softaims.

Related domains

Domains tied to the same outfit by registration, hosting or mail setup. Not all of them have sent me anything yet.

Plus about 20 more softaims domains from the same registration batches that I can't tie down as firmly.

Addresses they sent from

If one of these is in your inbox, it's the same outfit.

Not shown: 2 personal Gmail or Outlook addresses sent through a bulk mailer that doesn't check the From line. Those could belong to someone who had nothing to do with this.

Every Softaims email I got

Date received, sending address, how it was delivered, and the subject line.

Signed Softaims, different address

This one didn't use the Softaims name in the address, but the message itself names Softaims.

Same Salesforce account, different name

This one came from an address without the Softaims name, but through the same Salesforce account as the Softaims emails above.
