5 cold emails I never asked for, sent under the Remotebase name.
Did you get spam from Remotebase too?Tell me about it: reportedandignored at gmail dot com. Dates and sender addresses help the most. I won't publish anything about you.
5unsolicited emails
2sender domains
1Salesforce accounts used
5 of 5with no way to opt out at all
What happened
These came from tryremotebase.com and getremotebase.com.
Between 2026-04-22 and 2026-05-19 I got 5 of them. I've never done business with them, never signed up for anything, and never asked to hear from them.
How it gets sent
5 went out through Salesforce, using 1 Salesforce customer account.
5 of the 5 had no way to opt out at all, by my check of every message. No unsubscribe link, no "reply STOP," nothing. The federal CAN-SPAM Act requires a working opt-out in commercial email.
Remotebase is a developer-hiring company. Its main website is remotebase.com.
The company
Its US company is listed in San Mateo, California, at a coworking space. The team is in Lahore, Pakistan.
remotebase.app sits on the same server as the throwaway domains and redirects to remotebase.com.
How it's set up
All of it went through one Salesforce account, which also sent mail as a different brand, Visora Creators.
New Remotebase throwaway domains kept getting added to the server after the last email I got.
Related domains
Domains tied to the same outfit by registration, hosting or mail setup. Not all of them have sent me anything yet.
mailremotebase.comSame server as the Remotebase domains that mailed me, set up to send through Salesforce.
remotebase.bizSame server as the Remotebase domains that mailed me, set up to send through Salesforce.
remotebase.fitSame server as the Remotebase domains that mailed me, set up to send through Salesforce.
remotebase.appSame server; redirects to remotebase.com.
remote-base.usSent me a Remotebase email through SendGrid with the San Mateo address.
The same pitch shows up from several unrelated companies, so this may be an outside lead-generation shop sending for Remotebase. Either way, it went out under Remotebase's name.
Addresses they sent from
If one of these is in your inbox, it's the same outfit.
